Yachts
Reflect your style & sophistication with carved
& etched glass.
During the 80s, I worked for a Fort Lauderdale
glass company that specialized in luxury motor yachts, 65' or larger. I created
many carved glass room dividers & banisters, lighted headboards & bar
mirrors. While here on the Treasure Coast, I mostly etched aft doors &
windows, on site.
I've carved & etched some very unique designs
over the years. The designs below represent only a few of the varied themes I've
created for yacht owners.

Marlin Chasing Dolphins
This is a carved glass airbrushed headboard for
the Outlaw motor yacht of Stuart FL.
This artwork appeared in an American Yachts of Stuart, FL
catalog.
The colors were chosen to match the client's cherry wood
paneling and fabric

Spearfish with Ballyhoo
Tonal etched aft door
I sandblasted through a piece of window screen to achieve
a scaly look on the ballyhoo.
(The details do not show in this photo. Glass is very
reflective and difficult to photograph correctly, on site.)
My client was thrilled about catching this rare type of
billfish, so he had this etched on his sportfishing yacht: Spearfish,
Palm City, FL.

Carved Race Horses edge lit
with neon lights: green neon on bottom and white neon on top and side
edges.
My client made his money training and racing horses. This
neon lit carving was in his dining room in his motor yacht.
I've been fortunate to have my art glass selected to be
featured in publications as advertising for interior design firms. It's a
compliment to me that the designers felt my artwork helped complete their
best rooms. Sometimes my artwork has even made the cover
